Landmark Company is a third generation family-owned real estate development and property management company that has been serving tenants and investors throughout western Wisconsin since 1984. We have over thirty-five years of experience managing multi-tenant housing and commercial properties.

We specialize in managing apartments with “project-based” subsidy, and we are proud of the work that we have done with Rural Development, HUD, and WHEDA to provide affordable housing throughout western Wisconsin.
